I feel like there should be a class action lawsuit against the D.J. Moore Signature American football wide receiver for the Chicago Bears T-Shirt also I will do this Ohio legislature, from the citizens of the states, for violating their constitutional rights. I believe this is a violation of both the State and Federal Constitutions. They swear they will fight it but it’s all talk. I just read the relevant part of the Ohio State constitution regarding referendums, and there’s nothing they can actually do to stop it at this point. It is now officially the law, and will take effect in another 28 days (30 days from passing). You can simply ignore the law and do whatever you want. It’s called being a criminal. They have no qualms about this. That’s the problem here though, we’ve starting mistaking stunts for actual work. These asshats know that they’re screwed and they’ll never go anywhere with THIS issue. They’ll keep bringing it up and passing laws that get hammered by their own supreme Court and then claim they’re working for the people so they don’t actually have to work on something their corporate overlords won’t like.

They don’t need the D.J. Moore Signature American football wide receiver for the Chicago Bears T-Shirt also I will do this popular vote in the state to like them, they just need their voters to. As a people, regardless of politics when one of our politicians pulls some bs stunt like this we shouldn’t applaud them, we should start asking why the politicians are wasting time when there’s actual stuff that has a hope of passing and improving problems that is being pushed aside for someone to campaign on the floor. I don’t mean putting up bills that eventually lose on close margin, I mean laws that get slammed down by the courts or stunts that get hammered by near total majorities against them. For 50 years they’ve bitched and moaned about how abortion should be a “state’s issue.” Now that they’re getting hammered in state elections, now we need a national ban. Feckless hypocrites.
