In 2010 The recruitment officer I spoke to for the Cycling Dad Like A Regular Dad But Cooler Vintage T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this police had 2 jobs to be filled, there were around 30 white males in the group I was in, 2 of them former military and 1 a special constable and 3 pcso. He said none of us would get the job as the second group had 2 women and 3 minorites. Next time we spoke they told me that they created 3 more placements just for POC and females and literally threw the white males applications away. I was actually angry that they were getting the jobs over myself, and other applicants because of their colour/gender. But when I sat back and thought about it I realised I was angry at the women and the POC getting preferential treatment at my expense when it was the system I should be mad at. That kind of thing creates anger and bitterness and it will be the minorites that are the targets. So long as those in power can continue to divide and rule things will never change.

Even before the protests there is allowed to be no nuance on this issue and quite frankly I don’t want to touch it with a 10 ft pole here. Even a comment as light as this could potentially get aspersions and downvotes thrown at me just for people’s mere suspicions. In a time where people are literally burning down their own neighborhoods that seems…..unwise.
