The problem with raising the Crazy ex girlfriend miranda lambert classic shirt besides I will buy this minimum wage is people want it to be a living wage. Minimum wage is supposed to be entry-level work not raising three kids and a wife. If you have no skills why should I pay you lots of money when literally anyone can quickly be trained to do your job. I have a hard time feeling bad for people who don’t acquire skills throughout their lives to make them more valuable to their employers. I currently have a class A CDL a crane operator’s license and a military background. All of these things make it so I can demand much higher prices. People are just products increase your value by adding features. If you don’t you’re lazy I don’t feel bad for you. ?‍♂️ Minimum wage was literally legislated to allow a family of four to live on one income. Your survivorship bias is showing

Or just don’t work a minimum wage job it’s really not that hard what are y’all 16, getting ur first job. I only have a high school degree currently in college and I make 20 an hour it’s really not that hard. I love this sub. It’s fucking hilarious. Every millenial who makes min wage has no skillset, and will sit and stare at their phone for half the Crazy ex girlfriend miranda lambert classic shirt besides I will buy this day because for some reason they think they deserve $100k/year. Those jobs exist. You chose to be a min wager. And if you make min wage for more than a year, you are a piece of shit 🙁 Raising minimum wage federally helps people in the short term but greatly benefits large companies like Amazon in the long run because they are the only business that can afford to pay those wages in areas that have lower costs of living. Someone living in the middle of no where doesn’t need $20/hr to pay for housing and the mom and pop store that supported the area can’t pay that much. Amazon can because they can subsidize the loss due to their size. A more equitable approach would be a pay multiplier cap where the max earner can only make “x” times more than your lowest paid contractor.
