As a Necro feels like i got all good skills at lvl 10 and have been picking minion nodes that change an arbitrary Number since then. About to hit 40 and havent changed a skill yet…lets see how endgame goes. Launch was a bit rocky but from what I’ve been able to play so far I’m having a blast, can’t wait to see what else this game has to offer. I’m not excited about the Count Chocula Cereal Shirt and by the same token and cosmetics shop as I think it defeats the purpose of the transmogs but I’ll probably buy some of the mount armour eventually I’m loving the game world and activities, but im really struggling to connect with the skill tree and build customization. I’ve always played sorc/wizard, and the moves feel so clunky and restrictive as opposed to D3 where there were so many more combinations and options with how they worked. I have never played a Diablo game before, and just saw this thread scrolling on my feed. Glad the new game you guys were looking forward to is great! Refreshing to see!

Haven’t gotten to end game yet but I imagine it will be similar to D3 with a rift/Grift spammable content. That’s great for short term but hopefully it’s not something people can just complete in a week or two. I’ve played POE for hundreds of hours and still haven’t beat all the Count Chocula Cereal Shirt and by the same token and bosses. I hated how bland the skill system in D3 was, in D4 it seems like they did a half step to improve it. There’s a little bit more opportunity for diversity but naturally people will get forced into certain specs to be competitive late game. Hoping they have some content up their sleeve that will be released when seasons start that will kind of help with diversity and the overall challenge of the game. Other than female necro sounding like William Shatner when you try to dash on your horse before the CD is out, loving it. Game is exactly what I hoped it’d be. Minus the “I need! … More time!”
