Then there’s period briefs or cups. I haven’t tried briefs, but slept in a cup and it must have sucked up, because it was hard to get out. Do NOT do this Corgs Assemble Corgi Marvel Friends Avengers shirt Also,I will get this !!! Prepare her in advance. Just because you’re a man doesn’t mean you can’t do it, there are videos, there are things online for you to study, there’s internet forums ( like reddit ) full of women that are ready to help you if you don’t know where to start. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL IT COMES ! It can be pretty trumatic, especially when you find out possibly she’s going to have huge cramps. ( Some women have cramps that can make them puke or faint even, you don’t want to find her unconcious or scared for her life ) DO NOT make her go throught this without any knowledge.

And, from another dad, still be involved in the Corgs Assemble Corgi Marvel Friends Avengers shirt Also,I will get this conversation and normalize talking about periods and what needs to happen. Don’t want to make her feel like you aren’t there to support as well. Yes absolutely but there are some advice you probably can’t give on the account of never having periods. Just like a person who played a certain sport will be better at giving advice about it then someone who only ever watched. Get some accurate reading material for her. Read it yourself first so you are prepared to answer questions. It’s going to be a shock to her but she’ll thank you later. Afterwards, keep your calm and only talk when she’s ready to talk. Also, when it starts, make sure she doesn’t have to ask you for money to buy period products (she’ll feel akward enough and won’t want you to know what’s going on). Let her pick what’s comfortable to use. Or get a woman (educated – to avoid old misconceptions about the body) who is close to her to explain everything. I wish you the best with this! If you’re American, I strongly recommend the book “The care and keeping of you”. It’s a surprisingly well written and easy to read book that is factual but not overly complicated. For your particular situation it might be a good conversation starter.
