Not my doctor, but a doctor… I took my dog to the Coraline Sitting Alone Shirt Apart from…,I will love this vet because she was acting really weird. They did a bunch of tests, and told me “she’s in perfect health, she’s just overweight and should probably go on a diet”. My sweet baby girl died in my arms on our living room floor 5 days later. She wasn’t fat… she had a mass in her abdomen, it ruptured and she bled out. “Her tonsils look great” – the director of urgent care told us about my daughter on a visit for a respiratory virus Her tonsils had been removed, btw. And confirmed that she did not have them grow back at a follow-up visit with a second doctor a few days later. Went to the doctor for a check up. Was called two days later saying they found something in my urine. They would not call on a prescription so even though I was an hour out of my town for a trip, I had to get it and get it filled. When I picked it up the receptionist was adamant I needed to return after finishing the antibiotics. I am positive they gave me antibiotics because I have drug allergies and know what I can and cannot take. When I went back, the doctor was an absolute fucking asshole and asked me why I was back. I told him it was made clear I needed to return once I finished the antibiotics to be sure the infection was clear. He pretty much yelled at me because my a1c was slightly higher than previous test and said I had a yeast infection because of it and told me to take my diabetic care seriously. THEN THAT MOTHERFUCKER WALKED OUT. I also walked out and declined to pay for the visit. Fuck that fake doctor. I know a yeast infection is fungal and does not require antibiotics but antifungal treatment. And I didn’t even go to medical school.

My doctor introduced herself to me again a couple of weeks after she herself had placed my IUD. I know who you are honey, you were up in my vagina a while back. At least pretend you’ve read my file. Shortage of family drs in my town, so I went to a walk in clinic for a birth control prescription. I wanted an IUD, but he said he wouldn’t give me one because “it’s like a mini-abortion every time you get pregnant”. He was a dinosaur. I should have reported him. It was about four years so I just really hope he’s not practicing anymore, that level of ignorance is abhorrent Not a doctor but an EMT. My husband has epilepsy and was on his way to see his neurologist for his regular checkup. Uber left, someone called 911, the amazing pharmacist thought to call his dr to get my number, and she called me. When I got there, the EMT’s had arrived right before I did. I told them thank you, but I would take him from here, we were going to see his neurologist anyway. They kept trying to insist that they had to take him to the ER because he was “confused and his vital signs were elevated”.
