Okay we’re not competing for tranquility with a sleepy French village but compared to other cities of a similar size we can’t be doing too badly! I know Dutch people rant and rave about Amsterdam compared to other Dutch cities, but it’s the Connor McDavid Canadian professional ice hockey centre Edmonton Stripes T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this most tranquil capital/major city I’ve personally ever been to. A lot quieter than most due to significantly fewer cars, tons of parks and canals about, and if you wander for even 5 minutes out of the main center, you’ll be on relatively quiet paths/roads. I agree with you – but Amsterdam is around 3 million people compared to London’s 9 – 12 depending on how you measure it Yeah, but Crete (600k pop) is top of the list and Phuket (80k pop) is 2nd so it’s clearly not just about the size

Definitely agree if somewhere like New York is in then Amsterdam should be in (and higher up) Absolutely. I’m in no way saying London doesn’t deserve to be on a list like this (If population is taken into account) but I think most people’s problem with this list is that it doesn’t seem to be based heavily on population. If places like Phuket with tiny populations can be there, then so should plenty of other places before London Of course there’s worse, but there’s obviously better too in terms of tranquility, which is why it’s hilarious that London has apparently claimed the Connor McDavid Canadian professional ice hockey centre Edmonton Stripes T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this top spot.
