Telling them there is no evidence, and it is a he said/she said situation as you did not take the Colorado Buffaloes Prime Time Deion Sanders 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this linen and believe the host is scamming. That you will not be paying and the burden is on them to provide evidence which if it is non-existent good luck with getting a court ruling in their favour if they want to take it that far. Companies and scammy hosts rely on people not willing to fight it and take the hit . Also they have to provide you with the proof. They can’t just say well we have it so pay it. I would definitely say chargeback if it’s already been taken! I use American Express whenever I’m travelling and the main reason for this is because they are freaking amazing when it comes to things like this. I was given a bill for just shy of £1000 for ‘damages’ at an Airbnb. I’d photographed everything in the room on arrival (I learned the hard way in the past) with a piece of paper with the date and time written on them just in case the EXIF data on the photo wasn’t good enough. Handed this to AmEx after the money had been taken and the last I heard after I was reimbursed was they were taking the matter further with Airbnb in a legal sense. I can’t really speak for other credit card companies except AmEx and Tesco – Tesco’s customer service pales in comparison to AmEx (caveat- this is my experience, so I obviously don’t speak for all people!)

Credit card companies have a much bigger pot of money than the Colorado Buffaloes Prime Time Deion Sanders 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this average person when it comes to matters like these, so they can really do a number on companies and people when they try and screw you over. This is why you should never just use a debit card when doing any kind of travelling, even if you have the funds available, put it on credit card and pay it off with those funds. You’re covered by the various levels of insurance and legal teams that the CC company has. Credit card companies have a legal obligation under section 75 of the consumer credit act towards the goods and services bought with them when paying over £150. It’s worth understanding it well because it’s one of the most useful pieces of consumer protection legislation.
