I’m also in my 40s. Kinda running out of time if I want to get into shape and stay there. It’s sad but most of my guy friends in their 50s and 60s are literally dying not to go to the Collage funny comedy for christmas buddy the elf shirt in other words I will buy this gym. Between heart disease and diabetes they are dropping like bricks. I have a few other friends now divorced because their wives/partners want better sex. The weight also takes an emotional and financial toll on their lives. I will add that I started exercising about 6 months ago. I dropped about 35+ pounds. I’m at 165 but I’m fighting against my body’s natural desire to put on more muscle vs dropping fat. Either way going to the gym now is mostly habit. I have an agreement with myself that I will go 6 days a week. If I get there and decide that I don’t want too exercise then I can go back home. Generally though.. the biggest challenge is getting there. Once I’m there it’s usually pretty easy to push forward and get it done.

Collage funny comedy for christmas buddy the elf shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

When I was In college I had a girl friend who I always wanted to get with ! I went out to an off-campus party one night and got super drunk. I went into the Collage funny comedy for christmas buddy the elf shirt in other words I will buy this campus center super late and saw her and a friend working on a project as I’m getting munchy food. We exchange hello’s and start talking and I tell her about how I’m going to the gym in the morning and it’s gonna suck bc I’ll be hungover ! She asks if she can join and I’m like sure I guess ! We started going to the gym everyday and she motivated me to be not only a better athlete but a better man ! Everyone in the gym though we were dating and when I finally ( after a while ) popped the question she said yes ! We don’t go to the gym together anymore because we have crazy work schedules but we still exercise together when we can !!
