If you could handle getting vaccinated then you’ll be shocked at how easy and how little pain there is when you go for your blood test. First time I had my blood drawn I didn’t even feel it, and I was around 10 or 11 years old. In my case the anxiety right before they put the needle in is worse. I dance with my nurse moving back and forth away from the needle for at least 2 minutes each time. Then I suck it up and look away. Stubbing your toe is more painful tbh

It takes hundreds of times more blood out of you. It also stays in your arm for an hour or more, as opposed to 30 seconds. It’s fine. It’s a little pinch going in, and then you barely feel it the rest of the time. If someone distracted you and you didn’t see the needle, you’d deadset barely feel it at all. Hold your breath, tense tour head, ita quite sore tbh I’ve had tattoos and many injections and blood drawn it hurts but it’s very quick, relax your body completely but have something you can brace like your leg or head. Last time I had blood drawn I had the jousting phlebotomist working on me, but it’s usually fine. Unfortunately it’s so variable, sometimes it doesn’t hurt at all sometimes it stings. Even still, the most painful part of my last lab experience was taking off the EKG stickers.
