Cornell’s Legal Information Institute defines the Cleveland love Guardians Browns Cavaliers logo signatures shirt But I will love this question: “Does the NLRA preempt an employer’s state tort claims against a labor union for intentionally destroying the employer’s property during a strategically-timed labor strike?” Shit like this causes rulings like this, which causes labor laws to be weakened. So please stop trying to pretend that intentionally destroying equipment is the same as having a picket line outside. This is actually fair. Destroying company property should never be part of a strike…otherwise an employee would be free to burn down company headquarters and all the company factories and just be like “Hey, we’re on strike!”. LOL. Probably going to get downvoted but I feel like after actually reading up on the case, this title is extremely misleading and it appears the correct verdict was rendered (in an 8-1 decision, no less).

To sum it up shortly for those that didn’t read it: Workers for a concrete mixing company fully loaded the Cleveland love Guardians Browns Cavaliers logo signatures shirt But I will love this trucks with the spinning containers up with (liquid) concrete the day of the strike. Then, when the strike occurred, they abandoned the trucks intentionally to cost the company money in both lost product and in damage to the trucks as the concrete hardened. The striker’s plan was foiled for the most part, as non-striking workers found out and were able to save the trucks and the company mostly just lost out on product. Regardless, this was intentional and malicious in nature and the court ruling today says you cannot do that. People are drawing a comparison to “Well what if restaurant workers strike? Will they be responsible for unused food?” A more apt analogy would be if those restaurant workers propped open the freezer door, took all the refrigerated food out and then turned the gas stove burners on as they left.
