Time for you to move up your last day. 4 weeks is generous and 2 weeks is just common courtesy. After that remark, I would cut it down to 1 week. They should have thought about the Cleveland Elves helmet shirt But I will love this cost of losing employees, and taken action to correct whatever they were doing wrong. “It costs a lot to pay my bills. The company should’ve thought more about my compensation before I had to make this decision” “The only people I consider in decisions like this are my family. Don’t you dare be so arrogant as to think of yourself as part of my family. I don’t give even a quarter of a shit about your ‘costs’. Like who in the hell do you even think you’re talking to?” for the expectation of my maximum effort, id bet they where only willing to pay the very least the law would allow. I would’ve just told them”its not my responsibility to think about the costs of hiring somebody else since I’m the one resigning and that’s ur job. Also idc”lol What a joke! Seriously, employers don’t give a moment’s thought to what it costs an employee when they are let go by the company. huh you know that could be interpreted as the guy telling you you had a bargaining position that may have payed out there.

Cleveland Elves helmet shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Not sure where you live but I’m used to a 2 week notice as the Cleveland Elves helmet shirt But I will love this “standard” in America. Granted, I’ve only worked in the Midwest and Southeast—all states as right to work states/at will so both the employee and employer can terminate at any time…two weeks is more of a courtesy/expectation but not required.
