That seems pretty confusing, They do still take credit for the Chucky no fakes anom halloween chucky shirt it is in the first place but donation in their name. Companies can not claim your donations for tax purposes. If you donate at the register the company isn’t donating, you are. Edit: I was in fact incorrect. If the company is following the law they don’t get a tax break from customer donations. I would quote my source but had I not been so lazy myself I would have quickly found a lot of them from a very simple google search. They donate. Through you and me. And then pay less taxes. Each of those donations aren’t on your name, they end up being on the company’s name. It’s pure greed.

No they don’t. You are the Chucky no fakes anom halloween chucky shirt it is in the first place but donator not the company. You can deduct this. They cannot. Take 3 seconds to google it. Now I don’t know if this is true but an accountant told me that the corporations that take donations like that get a tax break from your donation. I always say no thank you to these things. I am not letting these businesses use my money to claim how much they donate. It’s not how it works actually. You give them money, they take the money and donate it, getting an end of year tax write off without spending a cent of their own money. Plus they can spend 5 million advertising that “they” donated 1 million When you donate money through a corporation like Walmart and such, they get to claim it on their taxes and get breaks for it. It’s exactly like getting triggered over someone else getting triggered by a billion dollar company asking them if they want to donate money. Just don’t reply to the post and move on with your life. Take your own advice bud. This is social media, im allowed to express my feelings on the post without your input lol Not only that but you donate and THEY then get a tax right off for it, not you. Never donate through someone else but always direct.
