They just beefed up your portfolio. Now use that little piece of paper to secure another job along with your resume I have 4 plaques from walmart. 3 for 2nd shift associate of the Christmas Vegan Vegetarian Soy Milk To THe World Shirt Apart from…,I will love this month. 1 for shrinkbuster of the year. It definitely helped me secure another job. Couldnt be happier that i left. I get appraisals every 6 month and doubled my income from when i worked at walmart. Seek greatness. Walmart is a stepping stone to find better jobs. Just about everyone hates walmart. So might as well use it to your advantage to get out one day Thank you for giving me hope. I just started a month ago and about half my department comes in and just doesn’t even try while I give 100% while I’m there just hoping that if I do my best and keep going it will just lead to something better. Either in Walmart or somewhere else. So again thank you for letting me know I’m not wasting my time. It always feels that way when your job doesnt appreciate you. Retail will make you or break you. Especially in Wal-Mart. But there are so much better places to work for where you wont have such toxic relationships. Grocery stores instead of supercenters is a huge difference. I work for one and i can tell you that its way better at small stores where you dont have a manager constantly up your ass if you are actually doing your job when others are slacking off. Idk why walmart is trained the same way seemingly everywhere. Hard workers get the most shit while slackers can get away with everything. It causes you to always have to put out 100% effort which burns people out. When you have a proper and cohesive team its just so much nicer

dont work too hard, like where they think they could eliminate other people . businesses like to do that and only pay one person to do several peoples jobs (they usually dont give sufficient raises for such effort either) or wearing yourself out at work and not having energy to improve yourself after (study, chores, looking for other jobs lol, etc). the Christmas Vegan Vegetarian Soy Milk To THe World Shirt Apart from…,I will love this only things you have to do is be slightly more useful that the other workers and be decent to work with. Don’t save it. It’s not worth anything. No other jobs gives a crap about a appreciative certificate that they print out in the mass. Lucky you’re store does this for there associates my store does jack shit ! We don’t even get thank you or we appreciate your hard work . Nothing Add this to your resume and if they ask why after you hand in your two weeks (or not) just ask for more money then your new employer offered (they wont) then change jobs
