Not everyone has those packages bro, most people take pretty huge loans and buy these properties. I know a friend of mine who has 50L package and his wife has 40L package so they bought 1CR apartment on loan with around 90k in EMIs. Another friend of mine who has 25L package and wife has another 20L bought 1.3Cr apartment on loans. This same guy owes me 1.5 lakhs he took to buy a car from 5 years back-he’s not been able to pay till now. Some people can afford, but many cant. For those who have no backup, they are making a big gamble buy taking so much loan. hey c’mon man I’m sure it’s good enough to satisfy your lady. is about not how big it is but how well you use it A builder was quoting about 75lakhs for a villa in Sarjapur. No takers. They increased the Christmas Vacation Merry Clarkmas holiday movie shirt in contrast I will get this price to 1.3cr and the whole lot was sold off, came to know about this from the owner of the construction company who’s pretty well know in Sarjapur area. Ppl are willing to spend money and they seem to downgrade anything beyond 1cr as a poor build and skipping it. Builders are happy to catch on this trend, demand is high and builders are cashing it. I think it could be FOMO as well, since the Christmas Vacation Merry Clarkmas holiday movie shirt in contrast I will get this builder increased prices, people thought the increasing prices will be sustained If you want a 3bhk in a branded gated community, be ready to dish out 1.5 Cr to 2 Cr. Unfortunately that is the price these days. Yeah it’s low. But these properties lie on the outskirts of Bangalore (areas that exist on the edges of the metro lines). Even I am super glad that my parents bought a home in Bangalore early on and there is a metro station right in front of my apartment complex. What I have observed is prices for Normal flats are still in the vicinity of 80-90Ls without much amenities. The Moment you go and look out for Tier 1 builders giving amenities like club house, Swimming pool, Gym, Open Garden area the prices shoots up to 1.4cr and goes on till 2 2.5crs for 1500 sq Super Built up area. People are in Rat race and peer pressure and they are just paying 50-70L extra for these shitty amenities which only 10-15% are gonna use it. I can pay off for Gym outside. Whenever I need to have a family function, I can book a hall outside. No point paying EMIs on the future blocks which I am also not sure if I am going to use. There is also some emotional factor which people say that their kids will be in close vicinity. But shelling out that huge sum on the future prospects which You as well do not know there is no point to spend too much. Kids will prosper even if you do not have these amenities and if they will have proper guidance and nurture them properly even without Big Gated society.
