Morning: Brush teeth Rinse and moisturize face. If I have time I might put some eye shadow or highlighter on but that’s it for my job. Brush hair, pony or some variation of a bun. Sometimes I might do two buns. Afterwork/evening Shower (every day warm weather, every other day cooler winters) Moisturize body. Recently started to experiment with conditioners and hair series, and doing a touch more research with what kinds of shampoo I prefer. (Ewg website) Brush hair. Brush &floss teeth (/mouthwash if I feel like it) On days I don’t shower, i wash my face and my feet before i go to bed On evenings i remember I use night moisturizer. Use a heavier moisturizer for my hands and lips before bed. I shampoo my hair once a week, i might do a rinse mid week. Never pull your hair back while it’s wet. always clean behind your ears and belly button. Clean your ears, brush your teeth, floss if you can. Wash your hair often (just keep it smelling ok). Keep your pits clean, it’s so important. And also your clothes clean and dry. Clean your under nails as well.
