To be fair, I am passing people. Like others in the Christina Nicci Limited Edition Signature T-Shirt and I will buy this thread are saying, you tend to drive at a higher speed in the left lane and pass more people at once. As long as I’m not impeding the flow of traffic, risking other driver’s safety, and/or causing a backup behind me (2-3 cars) I personally don’t see an issue with driving like I do. I also get that I could be an asshole for doing this, but it doesn’t bother me. My fiancé drives in the middle lane and will occasionally call me out for driving and passing in the left lane Thanks for the explanation. I’d consider it okay as long as you got over as soon as you saw people coming up behind you. If they’re coming up behind me going like 90+ I will! Or if they’ve been behind me and are tailgating while I’m going 10-15 over I will. Most the time people have no issue when I’m driving 80 in the fast lane since it’s faster than driving in the middle lane, but again if I see like 2-3 cars behind me I’ll get over to let them pass if there’s space and it’s not heavy traffic all around, but that’s a very rare situation. I can only speak for oregon and Washington though

I hate changing lanes. I think it can be dangerous. If I’m in the Christina Nicci Limited Edition Signature T-Shirt and I will buy this right lane I have to keep moving over to let people in who need to merge. It feels chaotic and no one should be driving way over the speed limit anyway so I don’t feel like I’m really holding people up. It doesn’t sound like you’re a safe driver who is confident in their ability, I agree with another comment time to forefit your license. Stop driving then, or learn how to drive properly. In my state there are literal signs that say slower moving traffic stay to the right. What the fuck is so hard about that? I find your position on this particularly interesting. It appears you’re using the speed limit to justify sitting in the passing lane despite also breaking a law yourself.
