see that’s the Christian Yelich, Willy Adames, & William Contreras Crewtober Shirt besides I will buy this thing, it’s likely this doesn’t even fall under accommodations because technically the workplace does not have to give him anything to do his job, they’re just specifically not allowing him to come to work unless he’s using a specific mobility device, which is super weird. I’m pretty sure it would be considered a short term disability, which does, indeed, fall under ADA accommodations. ah okay fair enough, I just thought that accomodations weren’t applicable unless you need to change your schedule or you require your employer to give you something (mobility equipment etc) Accommodations can include special equipment so an employee can do their job. They can claim undue hardship, but would need to prove that.

I guess I interpreted that part of it wrong, as I was under the Christian Yelich, Willy Adames, & William Contreras Crewtober Shirt besides I will buy this assumption that an accomodation wouldn’t be needed unless he can’t do his job with how things are currently and also since I don’t think they need the company to provide a wheelchair. he can do his job, the employer is just literally not letting him. I think accommodation also applies to relaxing certain workplace restrictions, altering schedules, or allowing the use of special equipment in their facilities. Like if you now needed a service dog and had one, but the office had a no pets policy, then it would be considered a disability accommodation to relax the no pets rule to allow use of a service dog. yes I agree it’s absolutely illegal and is an ADA issue but asking for an accomodation wouldn’t really make much sense as there won’t be a change in schedule or a need for the company to provide equipment An ADA accommodation is anything needed to do a job. Baring a wheel chair provided by employee which would allow him to sue but first he has ask for the accommodation and be turned down.
