Been in this situation a few times, can be both tbh. I’ve been to a completely empty hostels, which feels weird and sometimes not safe tbh, especially when the Chris Paul American professional basketball player shirt Besides,I will do this front door of the hostel is open all night and no staff in sight. As long as there are other people in the hostel and u just ended up in an empty dorm its a W enjoy it because tomorrow it will be filled with a group of drunks who are all travelling together and don’t speak your language It’s a win but only if the other rooms aren’t all empty. I’m in a hostel in Indonesia now, there’s only a few other people here and they’re all Indonesian. It’s weird. Maybe it doesn’t have to stay weird. Most Indonesians I have met, love to socialize, especially with foreigners. If they appeared shy it was only fear of speaking English. Take your google translate and start a conversation. Most likely they’ll respond in English soon anyway. Or it ends up being a mutual language lesson. “Dari mana?” (Where are you from?) is a very common conversation starter.

I’ve met some awesome Indonesians but the Chris Paul American professional basketball player shirt Besides,I will do this guy in my room looks very grumpy, last night he fell asleep with his light on and his phone kept going off every ten minutes, very rude, kept me awake. Before that I walked into the bathroom and he had his foot in the sink, fucking gross. It’s a W. You’re getting a private room for dorm prices, that’s absolutely a win. I never meet people in dorms anyway, I’m only in there when I need to sleep and I’ll just meet people in the common room. I’ve Had a 3 story hostel to myself for a couple nights in the middle of July in Sibenik Croatia once, bloody brilliant I tell ya I am reading this as it is happening to me for the first time today in one and a half months of travelling in Brazil. For me it is deffinitely feeling a win, I get to chill and sleep naked tonight 🙂
