Hey guys, it‘s my 6th day doing guided meditations for 10 minutes every day. Starting the Chicken Halloween Happy HalloThanksMas Snow shirt But I will love this 3rd day I noticed I‘m changing dramatically. I noticed that I do not care about stuff that would normally make me overthink and panic. My stress is almost 0. I was driving my car today and playing music and I noticed how I felt goosebumps as I listened to the music and felt like it‘s such a beautiful day. I feel extremely stress free. It‘s so so so strange to me. I‘m used to always feeling anxiety in my chest and always being on edge and overthinking everything. If what I‘m feeling right now is the result of only 6 days of meditation then I honestly don‘t think I‘ll ever stop. How is this possible after only 6 days? Could this be placebo?This is great news, it’s working as intended, you’re present in your day and mindful of your thoughts. You’ve reduced the impact of your thoughts on your mood and many other things. Keep going at it. I know it feels very foreign right now but just keep going. Your goals and things that are important to you might also change in the future. Happy to hear about your progress. Also could you link the guided meditation? Have another mindful day

Yes I‘m getting used tot he new feeling. Never felt like this. Almost feels like I‘m high on a drug haha. Can‘t wait to notice more progress. this is beautiful and i dont mean to bring you down at all, but i just want to say—don’t feel bad at all if you stop noticing progress either. you can indeed get really “high” from spiritual practices and meditation, but it’s okay to come back down. in fact it’s inevitable. the Chicken Halloween Happy HalloThanksMas Snow shirt But I will love this low periods can be just as useful as long as you see the utility in them and don’t keep chasing the high, just be open to whatever experiences the universe has to offer you and you’ll always be free 🩷 6 days is super fast btw; it took me about 3 weeks and most people get there within a month of continuous practice. Thank you for your reply! I‘m honestly really happy I started meditating. Can‘t believe I have lived 28 years of my life without this feeling. I was just prescribed anxiolytic drugs and I told myself don‘t start taking these drugs and give meditation a shot first. It worked. So so grateful.
