Mammals tend to be best at scent, touch and hearing. But compared to most, our noses arent super-sensitive beyond a handfull of chemicals (like H2S). Some arthropods (namely mantis shrimp) have many more color sensors, allowing them to have more detailed color vision than we could dream of. I don’t think it would be too difficult to find other animals that excel in individual senses beyond our abilities. However, if you were to look at overall stats in all senses combined, then I’d wager that humans would come out ahead and probably by a large margin.
