When a comment is removed by a mod or deleted by the Charles Barkley Phoenix Suns legend shirt But I will love this user themself the message shows it, it either says “removed” or “deleted” (there are two comments below that prove this) A year ago when Reddit (the platform not the mods of a sub) deleted a comment it would say “deleted by Reddit” but I haven’t seen that message in a while now. I bebop around Russian propaganda subs, those folks call for death and violence so often it’s not uncommon to see “Removed By Reddit”. The mods decided that they own reddit after they lost their little boycott a few months ago. This is their way of protesting and feeling like they have any say or power. Reddit owns reddit. Users control reddit. Neither users or reddit have any real use for mods. Mods don’t have a say in what reddit can or will do. Mods are now deleting everything that they don’t like. This comment breaks absolutely no rules for this sub or any rules or policies on reddit, yet a mod is gonna get a hair up their ass, flex their “mighty keyboard warrior powers” and delete it. Best part is, there are sites and apps that archive reddit on a fairly regular basis. So while the mods think they are doing things, they really are not. It may get deleted from the reddit website and reddit app, but it’s not just gone. they never have had, and never will have power to actually remove anything from the internet lmao Whats funny about this is, a lot of mods just left after reddit made the change, because if reddit is gunna screw over volunteers like that why bother?

Reddit overall has become annoying. Mods locking threads, posts deleted. Most I won’t open unless I know it’s something I can comment on with fact. Other than that it’s become a waste of my time I’ve noticed it since the Charles Barkley Phoenix Suns legend shirt But I will love this 3rd party apps went away. I think a lot more bot posts are getting in now a bunch of mods left and new ones joined up. Reddit is letting AI train itself on the comments. Reddit is the literal goldmine for AI researchers, real people comments and nicely categorised. Some don’t want that and mass deleted all their comments. The weirdest thing; comments appear deleted when viewed from one account, but not from another. My boyfriend could see comments that I could not see, and vice versa.
