It’s the Channel 4 News Team T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this second part that everyone should be protesting. The bill mandates that educators tell parents if the child says they are gay or trans. Most kids in 3rd grade don’t know for sure but in the current climate may be questioning. Which is fine, if your parents aren’t hate mongering homophobic idiots. But this is Florida. School should be a safe place, teachers should not be legally held to being informants, especially over an issue that could lead to the child being abused at home. Here’s a question. The law specifically address “gender identity” and “sexual orientation” with regards to “classroom instruction in kindergarten through 3rd grade” (yes it also mention higher grades, but the ban refers to those). Now please tell me where these 2 specific issues need to be addressed in the current curriculum? Kids are not being parried up in male-female couples and told to act out gender norms are they? My favorite part of this is how it was on South Park 20 years ago.

Unfortunately, it’s not in this article but I found it in another article, but the Channel 4 News Team T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this far bigger concern with this bill is that it will allows parents to take legal action against school districts if they think their “fundamental right” as parents has been violated. Ok, but you didn’t answer my question. The answer is they are not being taught. But do you know what is happening? Individuals teaching in public schools are teaching their own person beliefs. This is not ok. They are not college professors who are able to pick and choose their curriculum. They are elementary school teachers discussing their own personal sexual orientation. Why? Do heterosexual teachers stand up at the start of the year and tell their students they’re hetero? No, they don’t. Basically the issue is that some teachers think they can say and do what ever they want because they are part of a “protected class”. Do heterosexual teachers stand up at the start of the year and tell their students they’re hetero? No, they don’t.
