17 year olds are often tried as adults for crimes, especially violent crimes like the Cats make me happy people make my head hurt T-Shirt But I will love this series of violent rapes the rapist in the original article committed. A terrible sentencing choice made by a singular judge doesn’t back up your defense of 17 year old rapists as well as you seem to think it does. Also, not sure what you’re trying to say in regards to what’s “legal under the law of a country”. Even if the rapist in question had non violently had sex with a 13 year old it would have been illegal because a 13 year old is a child, morally and in the eyes of the law. No matter how hard you try and rationalize it there is no scenario in which a 17 year old can have consensual sex with a 13 year old.

Cats make me happy people make my head hurt T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

One more time in case you still don’t get it- 4 years is an immoral AND illegal age gap when the Cats make me happy people make my head hurt T-Shirt But I will love this ages in question are 17 and 13. Violent rapists deserve punishment. So many people not reading the article. He was 17 when it happened, and it followed sentencing guidelines for the age and the nature of the crime. Sean Hogg, 21, attacked the girl in Dalkeith Country Park, Midlothian, on various occasions between March and June 2018. I am presuming that “on various occasions” means more that twice. Not to victim-blame, but if I were threatened, seized by the wrists and forced her to carry out a sex act before being raped at Dalkeith Country Park, I would stop going there after the second time it happened.
