If you like her and dont want to embarrass her, wash them and give them bck. Just say you threw them in with your laundry since you were washing anyway and figured she’d want them back next time she came over. Dont bring up the stains. Just wash them like it’s no big deal. You don’t need to be specific about why you felt the need to wash them, as there doesn’t really need to be a reason to justify it.
