As the crisp autumn air fills the hospital hallways, the NICU transforms into a vibrant tapestry of orange, black, and gold. Amidst the medical equipment and gentle hum of monitors, a special group of nurses tend to their tiniest patients, infusing the season with a unique blend of compassion and celebration. These are the Mother-Baby Nurses, the guardians of the “cutest little pumpkins” who grace their tiny beds.
