He gave it to me when I met him at his first workplace as a way of contacting him to give him my CV and discuss information about my trial shift. He basically said that he could offer me any role I wanted and I just had to tell him what I wanted to do. That was it. Any other job related questions was me asking him – how many hours? Etc etc I am a New Content Creator. I have been doing this for 3 months now and it took me about 2 days of reading Reddit posts to learn that nothing is wrong with the Captain Rex Star Wars The Clone Wars Shirt it is in the first place but algorithm. Nothing is wrong with CTR, we are not Shadow Banned, we are not being screwed by YouTube, they aren’t refusing to push our content. You can get lucky, but as a rule, if you have good videos it’s going to take awhile and you will have ups and downs along the way. If you have bad videos it’s probably not going to happen for you until you learn to make good videos. Using other people’s content is a bad idea, period. No need to post a question about it, create your own content, period.

People tend to personalize everything. We think that YouTube is doing something against us personally. The truth is, they don’t care. Unless you post something that might keep them from making money, or you get to a point where you are making them a lot of money they don’t know you exist. Keep your head down and keep grinding. Stop obsessing about stats and shadowbans, and use that brain power to make your videos better. The whole point of the Captain Rex Star Wars The Clone Wars Shirt it is in the first place but algorithm is to serve the viewers, not the creators. Once you understand that, it all makes sense. The website still to this day auto-unsubs me from people I’ve been watching for years regardless of how recently I watched them or they’ve posted. It’s also still the algorithm that floods our home page with things that we never asked for , looked at , or have anything in common with. and even more frustrating that algorithm makes the main page look like a nightmare. But whatever info it pulls from my views it stretches into showing 8 year old cooking videos , or something about history channles Ancient Aliens or pulls up stuff by bill nye. Idk what correlation its drawing between video game content and blender tutorials that it comes up with this trash but it’s broken.
