This is easy. And I know you knew the Camping without beer is just sitting in the woods shirt also I will do this answer, even before coming in here. Don’t work for him. You stated he crossed boundaries and made you feel uncomfortable. Save every correspondence you have had and make written notes of the in-person convos you can remember with spproximate dates. Be as detailed as possible. Quit immediately and tell him in writing why you are quitting. Tell him any further communication with you is unwanted, and if it continues, you will call the police. You are not being dramatic in doing so, this is completely unethical and will not end well. No job at 17 years old is worth that, and no employer going forward will hold it against you for quitting without notice. Don’t be afraid to call the police (go with your parents if possible) if he continues to contact you after you try to cut ties.

So, here’s some advice from an older lady to a soon-to-be young adult woman: assess people based on their past behaviors and history. Don’t make a deal with someone based on an offer they plan to give you in the future.
