I always get infuriated when the Call Me Snake Snake Plissken shirt in other words I will buy this Europeans mistreat me, but I almost always confront them or file a complaint and the managers usually are ready to apologize. But then I get so depressed when I see our own countrymen being horribly rude to each other. Heck, we even treat people with different political beliefs and opinions like they’re beneath us. But that’s a story for a different day. Tbh Indians have a stereotypical rep of being rude and arrogant. I’ve noticed this myself with the older ones specifically in Western countries and in South Africa (where I’m from). So it could be a thing of nationality rather than skin colour because I’ve never heard of these flight issues coming from my South African Indian friends. Either way though, it’s not acceptable

Call Me Snake Snake Plissken shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s not an Indian stereotype, but more for Indians that live abroad that feel and act like they have conquered the Call Me Snake Snake Plissken shirt in other words I will buy this world. I remember I was in turkey and they asked my family where we from and when we said SA they said we are welcome. We also saw ones from India not being given same treatment as us. It’s a National thing. Also most Indians abroad, before modern immigration, left India in mid to late 1800s. Decades before India was independent from British so we don’t feel like we conquered anything tbh because we very much identify as own culture within our countries. Given that time we don’t even think of comparing ourselves to India Indians. Pakistanis are closer to India then we are, culturally. The majority of cabin crew were young, black/POC and I don’t know why but I always felt treated better and more comfortable. Bright smiles with eye contact, great service, little jokes/laughs with passengers and each other.
