Have you heard of the BROOKS JENSEN American professional wrestler T-Shirt Besides,I will do this Capital Ring walk? TfL basically created a circular walk round London that covers 78 miles and takes you through green area (like parks, wetlands, canals etc.) all the way round London. It might be a fun activity for you if you’re keen to get out of the house and you might see new bits of London too. I’ve personally only done the Northern parts but they’re beautiful and generally take you past nice cafes/ pubs where you can stop and have lunch if you fancy it. It’s strangely underutilised but there are signposts and good info online to navigate so I think it’s a shame more people don’t know about it. Sorry to hear you’re feeling down mate. I know it’s a difficult situation, but hopefully it will pass soon and you’ll find something.

BROOKS JENSEN American professional wrestler T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

When I’ve been in the BROOKS JENSEN American professional wrestler T-Shirt Besides,I will do this same place it’s always been walking with a podcast or music for me. London has loads of really great, beautiful parks to explore and – personally – just seeing a bit of green or getting to watch some birds fuck about for a bit does my mental health a world of good. Not sure whereabouts you live exactly, but there’s loads of great parks in South London. Brockwell Park, Tooting and Wandsworth Common, Battersea park have all been a lot of help over the years! Maybe just pick one in walking distance, and have a good ramble around. You can also make a tea or coffee at home and take it with you or buy a cheapy beer somewhere for maximum enjoyment. If you have a bicycle then I would also suggest going for a nice ol’ cycle as well. The exercise will help your mood and it’s a great way to see the city. Cycling along the embankment or to nice places you’ve never seen before is just a really lovely experience. And you can tie it in with other free experiences like museums, art galleries etc. that might otherwise a bit too far away. If you haven’t got a bike, there’s enough rentals around for cheapish. If you’re going further afield I’d always suggest bringing home snacks, sandwiches, a bottle of whatever, thermos of tea or whatever you might need with you so you don’t end up hungry and having to purchase something ludicrously priced from a shop.
