I’m a big fan of the BRON BREAKKER American professional wrestler and former American football player T-Shirt Besides,I will do this Thames Path anywhere west of Putney. There’s also the River Brent which is a really nice walk too. And the museums are a nice suggestion too. Personally I find the V&A a great place to wander aimlessly and think about random stuff. There’s a nice atmosphere to it. If you sign up for universal credit too if eligible loads of places do like 1/3 pound entry for those on benefits. Unemployed here too but working in media. It’s very challenging to let go and enjoy what others might view as “free time”. Budget is a constraint, my pride has taken a bit of a kicking, and having a pint at the end of the day doesn’t feel deserved. Recommendations: Go to a good coffee shop and read. This is a luxury I can’t deffo can’t seem to make time for when I’m employed. Learn how to cook or bake something. My diet is pretty convenience-based when I’m working so having the time to make meals from scratch has been lovely. As someone who was made redundant in Nov and starting next week after this one, my advise will be (if you exercise) is try to build a gym routine 4x a week. Try go around 9 – 11 ish in the morn. You’ll get to know an older demographic of gym goers, and the majority of equipment will always be free First of all I’d say just take at least 1 or 2 weeks off to mentally decompress. That’ll help you unwind and just accept the reality of your situation

I’d definitely say my mental was impacted in the BRON BREAKKER American professional wrestler and former American football player T-Shirt Besides,I will do this 3 months without work, money issues etc, but luckily I had a decent savings so paying rent etc was ok, plus my parents didn’t live far so I’d pop over every other day to hangout and save a bit more cash, plus redundancy kept my head above water for this period. Some advise for something I wish I changed during this period was to tell all my nearest and dearest about my situation and redundancy and that you’re finding it tough, I made the mistake of not telling some of my mates, and just saying i didn’t want to go out and I was trying to save. You don’t have to be embarrassed or ashamed, unfortunately these things happen in life but it’s not the end of things.
