It does not matter that it is a international co. They still need to follow US laws while doing business in the Brodie Lee Brodie Forever Shirt moreover I will buy this US. I really doubt the home office knows what the boss in this plant is doing.I was released from my place of employment by a over zealous supervisor and drew S S disability until i started drawing SS and my retirement from that employer. With in the year that supervisor was fired. Yeah that’s kind of what it sounded like to me. I’ve worked for small companies and big companies, and in my (limited) personal experience, the big companies have a legal department and/or manager training to avoid them making bad moves like the one in this thread. If you get a chance, please update! It seems to me that with a little lawyer contact, his boss will backpedal quickly. Hopefully this can be done in a tactful way that doesn’t fuck up his work environment If it’s small then watch out for retaliation. Husband has the request and confirmation from “they” in writing, right??

If it is a plant then a wheelchair could be dangerous. If it is a chemical plant then it could be an egress issue. This is why people need disability insurance (especially long term disability) – you are more likely to need it than life insurance while working. What is the Brodie Lee Brodie Forever Shirt moreover I will buy this acronym NAL? I see that from time to time, but I don’t knownwhatbit is. My best guess is something along the lines of not an attorney at law, but I didn’t actually know. It means ignore the rest of the comment. It’s their way of saying they are not a lawyer (NAL), generally followed by non-informed certainty about legal concepts they don’t fully understand. I would think that crutches are more of a hazard than a wheelchair or scooter. Perhaps the boss just thinks there’s some sort of progression of healing and he’s using “uses crutches” as his benchmark for “almost healed”. I dunno. Sounds kind of hokey to me. I hate crutches (hurts your underarms, restricts your hand/arm movements, overworks your good leg, and they stick out to the side. Wheelchair (or anything with wheels) sounds safer for all concerned. This seems really odd. The boss won’t give any reason at all? He won’t say anything other than, “I don’t think they’ll like it”. His boss doesn’t like him. I think he was well liked before he was promoted to general foreman. Since he’s taken the position, he has ideas and has done an excellent job. He’s helped the company make more money. His boss seems to be content with how things were, and my husband is not. He’s gone over his head on some things when his boss brushes him off and that boss likes my husband and tries to accommodate what he asks for and likes his ideas.
