It’s very powerful. I had a very brief moment about two months ago while meditating where I was the Brianstorm song arctic monkeys music lover T-Shirt also I will do this thing looking out through the “Me.” I saw that the thing i call me is not who I am, that the “I” is who I am and yea. It was very weird. Like I was looking through binoculars almost. Since then I have those brief moments described above. Sometimes they’re intense enough to bring me to tears. Some of my fear about shit has since gone, but I am still very much identified with the Me. I experience this on occasion as well. More so when I’m practicing daily; less so other otherwise. Depending on the intensity, it can sometimes be debilitating for a few moments as I suddenly realize “…I’m awake? I’m alive. I’m here”

I get that but I try not to. When it happened when I was a kid, I’d get too caught up in it and sort of feel like I was in a trance for a few days. It was…uncomfortable. So now I try not to think about it too much. Embrace it and try to stack these moments until you are fully living in the Brianstorm song arctic monkeys music lover T-Shirt also I will do this present and expressing gratitude for being alive in a momentary basis. That’s part of enlightenment. Also, stack gratitude for the negative too. The anxiety, dread, fear… because without light there is no dark and vice versa. Both side of the coil are needed to have a coin worth enjoying and doing something with. It’s almost guaranteed you will feel this way in life IMO. Please give yourself permission to stop worrying about having these thoughts. It’s okay and common in many of my personal role models I know. To be honest, I think it’s part of why these people are so successful, particularly because they embrace it in their own ways.
