WrestleMania 13 took place on March 23, 1997, at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago, Illinois. The match between Hart and Austin was billed as a “No Disqualification Match” and lived up to its billing with a no-holds-barred brawl. The two wrestlers pushed each other to their limits and engaged in a series of brutal exchanges.

One of the most iconic moments of the match occurred when Hart applied the piledriver on Austin. However, he accidentally overshot the move, driving Austin’s head into the canvas with devastating force. Austin was left with a fractured neck, an injury that nearly ended his career.
