Nobody engages religious people (of the Breast Cancer Pink Panther They Whispered To Her You Can’t Withstand The Storm She Whispered Back flower Shirt but in fact I love this primary religions) with actual debate because it’s pointless. You either get disillusioned after seeing the scam or you double down and convince yourself everyone else is stupid. Most strong athiests used to be religious. “See what I mean” is unhelpful and doesn’t lead to meaningful conversation. It doesn’t prove one’s superiority or your foe’s incompetence, it’s just as good an argument as “I’m right because I said so.” I could say some of the same things OOP had said, but about some religious people. I don’t have a lot of experience with people of religions other than christianity (unfortunately, as I would love to learn about their beliefs), likely because they’re satisfied leaving me alone instead of trying to convert me or make their religious views dictate an entire country’s legal system. But following up on that point, a lot of actual christians I’ve met have much shallower grasps on their religion than me, an atheist- probably because I had to actually think about the religion in order to consider leaving it behind.

Breast Cancer Pink Panther They Whispered To Her You Can’t Withstand The Storm She Whispered Back flower Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I know that sounds pretentious but I think I’m justified after how pretentious the Breast Cancer Pink Panther They Whispered To Her You Can’t Withstand The Storm She Whispered Back flower Shirt but in fact I love this OOP is with their “See what I mean” schtick. I’ve always seen religion as a guideline for life rather than absolute fact. Jesus often preached using parables, which my parents insisted were real stories, but the term comes from the Latin of parabola:“comparison”. I always thought of these stories as extended metaphors meant to teach people important values and lessons of life. A lot of the things that I feel make me a better person in life I learned first from Sunday school as a child. I’m also bi as fuck and don’t appreciate the judgement from a lot of Christians, but I will never trash their religion, because maybe if they would read the book they love, they would learn not to be so judgmental. Not all of them, just a very very vocal minority… It’s an absence of belief. Meaning you don’t have to keep looking over the fence at them and trying to insult them to make yourself feel better.
