Thanks so much that’s really helpful to know, I wish all contractors were like you as I think it’s the Breakingt Merch Adley Rutschman Gunnar Henderson & Cedric Mullins Birdtober Shirt But I will love this lack of communication that has made it difficult, if we’d known more we’d have probably booked to go away while they were doing the foundations. Knowing what to expect makes all the difference, I guess that’s why I posted. The headphones are a brilliant idea Have you spoken to the owners too (if that’s easier for you) to find out when the actual building work will stop? I’m book up for over the next decade and beyond, but we do try to fit in interesting projects, we also expand our amazing team, some projects we have been on for decades as some clients have endless projects , we have never advertised and vet who we work for carefully, there several lifetimes of work I would like to do, frustrating not to be able to do it all. Most of our builds are in tricky situations, we have never had any issues, because we prioritise communication.

Year before last we ran a silent site, as a client was completing their degree and the Breakingt Merch Adley Rutschman Gunnar Henderson & Cedric Mullins Birdtober Shirt But I will love this neighbour was having home hospice care, bit strange, but with good communication it went well, each time they both not there, the site went full steam, and when they returned, you would never had realised there was a team on the go. A lot of our locations are on single track lanes, narrow ancient streets, not including neighbours and local business in the process would very quickly lead to conflict, it would be entirely self defeating not to keep everyone around happy, on currant projects the neighbours are continually feeding the team with homemade cakes and pasties, much weight gain. If the neighbours feel the contractors care, then they tend to be really accommodating, which makes everything so easy. If a neighbour or client hears swearing and shitty radio all day, it becomes grim instantly, we as a team love the easy life, so we ensure that happens, no stress makes for a happy work place, and better home life
