1 bottle of olive oil: this is a bit more pricy, sure, but a bottle of 1 litre of olive oil for two persons lasts around 1 month and costs around 7-12 euros. If you want to divide it for the Bray Wyatt Yowie Wowie Legend Rest In peace T-Shirt Also,I will get this number of meals for which you might use oil (let’s count 1,5 meals for day? So we can count off the days in which you haven’t had time to prepare your work lunch) we have 12/(30*1,5)= 26 cents per meal and this is still accounting for 2 persons. So I would say 13 cents per meal. lentils, chickpeas, beans: here I can found them at around 2,5 for 500 grams. 100 grams is the suggested portion, so I would say 50 cents per meal. You can mix and match, learn new recipes, add spices and whatever. I’ve been a student with absolutely no money, I still managed to live spending less than 100 euros per month for groceries, only buying canned legumes, pasta, rice and fresh veggies. Now I’m fortunate enough to be able to afford more things, but on the food side you now the only thing that really changed? I can now afford to buy fish, but also I can now afford to buy fast food, cokes to drink from my fridge, chocolate.

So don’t tell me that fast food and bullshit processed food is REALLY cheaper, and also don’t try to say that I think “poor people don’t deserve variety” lol. The global poor survive on dried lentils, rice, and vegetables – and I doubt someone going to work 12 hours in a mine for $2/day has more free time than someone working 32hrs at target. Eating healthy isn’t hard, and requires maybe 30m a day. If you are surviving on oreos and coca cola it’s a choice. TBH you’d probably make up any extra time used just by not being stuck on the Bray Wyatt Yowie Wowie Legend Rest In peace T-Shirt Also,I will get this toilet. Seriously, how do people poop with the diet on the left? Not everyone has the space to store/prepare healthy foods either. My kitchen is tiny and damp so damp I can’t even stock up on pasta. The brand of pasta I like comes in a cardboard box and there’s been more than one occansion I’ve had to pick pasta out of damp mouldy box after a week of being in the cupboard. And because my kitchen is tiny, there’s only the one cupboard. You could purchase some airtight containers to store your pasta and other boxed items in. Or buy a vacuum sealer and package them in one serving sizes for future use. I’m looking into other storage but my kitchen is really tiny and I don’t have a lot of storage space to begin with. And the black mould grows behind the cupboards, cooker and under the fridge, I’ve got the window open and many many damp traps in there which takes up even more space. Vacuum sealer and a dehumidifier would be your new best friends. Vac packs take up a lot less space than boxes and less wasted food going stale. We bought one about a year ago and it’s fantastic.
