Only 26 applications in 7 months?! You need to treat finding a job LIKE a job. You need to cast a WIDE net if you want to work. Do you live in a really rural place? I live next to a major metropolitan city and sending out 50 applications a week was easy, because I went after ANYTHING I was qualified for. If you’re not nailed down, make sure to look in other cities as well. We’re not in a time where being stubborn about where you want to live is going to get you far in the Boston Bruins Patrice Bergeron Bradley Kevin Marchand And David Pastrňák Signatures shirt and I love this job market. I’m doing 20apps a day, I get call backs 3 or 5 times a week. Some I have refused, others I’m on a list of 100s of applicants. I’m going the shotgun method. I’ve got an interview later today, and I only started looking last week. I’m literally not complaining about not getting a job. They weren’t kidding when they said redditors don’t read.

Here’s a different perspective. When I write a job description, HR takes it and does a compensation analysis. My goal is to make the Boston Bruins Patrice Bergeron Bradley Kevin Marchand And David Pastrňák Signatures shirt and I love this comp analysis come back saying people should get paid more, so I add everything I can think of that’s possibly related to the position. Not trying to run people off – just trying to make sure they get paid fairly when they get here. Modern tech world is so diluted that you have to change your expectations. Don’t expect to find 100s of jobs you will suit. Yep the jobs wont be a 100% match. But thats just how life is. Find what suits you now and there will come some ways to grow. Mb inside the company, maybe not. Just dont expect from the job market too much. Im struggling with this too. Only top specialists can go with this 100% matching vacancies only. We are not those guys.
