If you’re a poor woman and the Blue pink blink 182 band shirt so you should to go to store and get this next closest abortion clinic is in another state 900 miles away abortion is effectively banned for you. No, I’m not glad at all. Because the foundation of Roe v. Wade is the right to medical privacy. That’s not any sort of decision which should just be left up to the states. Alito’s decision spectacularly misrepresents what Roe said in order to justify this reversal. And some things should not be subject to the tyranny of the majority. The right thing to do is the right thing to do, because it is right not because it is popular with 50%+1 of the population. That’s why we have the courts. Because they are insulated enough to make important decisions without being subject to the whims of the majority. Shouldn’t people be glad that it’s being turned back over to the people and their vote? That’s the actual basis of Alito’s decision if you read what he wrote . Your voice, your vote will actually count, that’s what a free and democratic society is at its core

Blue pink blink 182 band shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Sure, if your side didn’t gerrymander the Blue pink blink 182 band shirt so you should to go to store and get this ever living shit out of every district they could. How about we switch to a majority vote or a popular vote? Oh, that’s right. If we did that, your side would never win anything. Do we really want people in black robes with inordinate amounts of power making this and other important decisions for us? Isn’t that a very scary, slippery slope? What’s next? If they are making the decision that it’s up to the individual, no matter which state you live in therefore enshrining personal choice, then yes, absolutely. Its not being returned to the voters. Its being returned to special interest groups and white men in power. If the the power structures really reflected the makeup of america, sure. But this just means more tyranny of the minority.
