It looks like the kind of thing hastily slapped together in some sweatshop that might look just cool enough from a distance in order to fool some teenager into spending way more on it than it’s worth. I think you would be more satisfied getting a more standard suit ideally tailored to fit your body. Edit: Got so lost in the goth sauce that I didn’t even answer the initial prompt- For prom, this works imo. I’ve seen far gaudier and far more nonsensical than this But, I also wouldn’t give a damn what anyone else thought. I don’t think guys know how HOT it is when they put effort into their looks. I’ve told my bf SO MANY TIMES how I want him to wear a suit just so I can rip it off of him in h0rniness… still he goes with the Blood Inside Me Seattle Seahawks And Seattle Mariners 2023 shirt but in fact I love this plain ol’ tshirt and jeans… to every occasion… From the mirror i can see OP is well build so this style fits well on you. But overall design is a bit bland unless you’ll wear something eye-catching like masquerade mask or unique hat. Or maybe just change the tie to satin ones. It’s a bit too much, I like maximalism but I think there’s too many things going on, the pattern the buttons and the tie, in my opinion only the vest is kind of worth it Minor changes would make it a bit better imo, but obviously not a option if you will be renting. If the buttons on the Jacket were gone, the decorative metal(?) bit on the tie was gone and it was paired with a low collar colored shirt, it would be alot better imo.
