Hetch Hatchey reservoir, at the Blessed To Be Called Mom Grandma Great Grandma Mother’s Day T-Shirt Besides,I will do this O Shaughnessy Dam(CA, NPS site) has a no swimming and no boating prohibition. Its on the Tuolumne river. Its 85% of San Fransickos water supply. And due to its granite surroundings the water is supposedly some of the cleanest in CA needing little to less treatment. I been there many years ago and there was lots of signs that read no boating or swimming meanwhile I watched two park rangers load up a small outboard boat and then they went cruising the lake. Could also be that the admins/politicians are unaware of the realities of whether their system can clean the water. I’m pretty sure it’s really that they don’t want to deal with all the inevitable drownings, so they use the drinking water contamination thing as an excuse.

I know about mindfulness and I used to be able to achieve the Blessed To Be Called Mom Grandma Great Grandma Mother’s Day T-Shirt Besides,I will do this emptiness of mind. However, lately I have anxiety and depressive episodes, and I also take meds (I am diagnosed with BPD). My mind is like a radio or a tv where there’s some movie or show that is being broadcast all the time, 24/7. (I also do a lot of inner monologue, arguing with myself or just having imaginary arguments in imaginary situations.) Basically that radio or tv serves like a literal radio or tv that’s turned on so that someone living alone doesn’t feel so lonely. When it’s turned off, the silence is disturbing and loneliness and boredom kick in. I am alone and full of life issues. My theory is that all the noise is there to drown out my awareness of those deeper life issues, with anxiety and mood problems attached to them.
