When I was 12 or so I was at an arcade. I was walking by an ATM when just slapped the Black Women Queen Survivor Stronger Than Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon T-Shirt moreover I love this number pad a few times. Some sort of diagnostic menu came up. I stood there stunned for a second and then booked it. Wasn’t there a slot machine story Luke that where a guy found an exploit to win money, and the courts found that he was innocent since he was only pressing buttons, which was a requirement to play the game I can see that using an exploit that was programmed in by the company in a game of chance would be the fault of the company, whereas an exploit where the contract/understanding between the parties is to dispense your money and only your money (atm) would be different. I wonder what would have happened if he never turned himself in? It seems like he was somehow just getting away with it. Two years after he reported himself and nothing came of it until he did all of his media rounds telling his story.

Legit question: since it was an error that wasn’t his fault, if he were to invest the Black Women Queen Survivor Stronger Than Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon T-Shirt moreover I love this 1.6mill and make a profit then return the 1.6mill would there be any consequences? I’m not 100% sure, but ibwant to say I remember a case where a guy did this on purpose. He robbed someone, intentionally got caught after investing the money and calculated his needed sentencing to make sure the interest meant he could basically live out his days not needing to work. At the appropriate calculated time, he volunteered the return of the original stolen amount and was released from prison. I want to say that then another guy tried that, but because of the 1st guy, there came a law about ill gotten gains, basically saying because he was profiting off illegal money, that profiting was also illegal because it otherwise wouldn’t have been possible, and they took all of it and made him finish his sentence. I wish I could remember where I came across this to give proof. “I thought I was going to get totally reamed, but the court was weird because no one actually understood what I did—not the judge, not the prosecutor—so it was very odd. There were many blank looks; the bank provided minimal evidence so it was really just a case of “bad Dan, cop a whack” and that’s it. I pleaded guilty, got one year inside, then I was allowed out on an 18-month community corrections order.”
