I find every kind of exercise to be unbelievably boring, except cycling. When I hop on my bike, it feels like pure joy and freedom, and I can go for hours. I’m not a particularly fast cyclist, and I don’t go in for hard core workouts. But I’m an early riser, and I bike for about 2 hours (40 km) every single morning from 5:30 to 7:30 am in the Black Girl Magic Melanin Women Girls Afro Girl T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this spring, summer, and fall, as long as it’s not raining, and as long as the temperature is above about 8-10°C. It doesn’t feel like effort, but it keeps me in great shape. If I had to run, or go to the gym, it would never happen.
