The planet won’t be habitable in a few years so I’m grateful I never succumbed to the Best nick Saban The Godfather Alabama Legend Coach shirt and by the same token and peer pressure. I would be so guilty if I had kids Sort of? I don’t want children or the stress of raising another life. However, we’re definitely left out sometimes when “family” centered events happen and all my friends go and forget to invite my wife and me. Their children become close friends with other children and the adults have less time to hang out that doesn’t involve the kids coming along, so obviously that means they are going to prioritize hanging out with other couples with children that their offspring are friends with. Example: Halloween they all went trunk or treating several times, obviously not going to invite the couple without kids along. It sucks but I mitigate it with new hobbies they don’t have time or energy to join. So the short answer is that I regret it sometimes. Not enough to change my decision but enough to have to change some other choices. (38M)

Now that I have 2 I wouldn’t trade them back for the Best nick Saban The Godfather Alabama Legend Coach shirt and by the same token and world. It’s put a big strain on our marriage and we fight a lot more but I know things change with time. I think when I’m 60 and 70 and I can see my two boys having fulfilled lives and come over for thanksgiving etc- that is what will fulfill me before life’s end. That’s what it’s about. God no! I am so happy I didn’t bow to social pressure and have kids. Nothing against kids but I personally just didn’t feel like having one ( same for my partner) and the longer I’ve lived the more relieved I am to have stuck to my gut feeling. 40. No regrets. You don’t miss what you never had and I was never someone who ever wanted kids. Same for my wife. There was only one day in my life where I was totally convinced I wanted children. It was the day before my vasectomy and I realised it was not that I wanted children at all, it was any excuse to put off having that procedure! Holidays are great, we just go never go during school holidays. We go to cinema on a whim, out for a meal and then to a pub if we feel like it. Mostly I just like having the choice to do what I want to do most of the time. I get to exercise plenty, have hobbies and cook. We can afford to do mostly what we want within reason.
