If the Best keith Hernandez New York M Game Signature T-Shirt in other words I will buy this call escalates then call 911 and send a cop. I don’t see a problem. I’m sure a professional mental health specialist can recognize an unsafe situation and when they need to call for help. This is at least keeping the public safe and non threatening calls from clogging up the system. This is good for everyone. Mentally ill people need specialized responses, and the police should be freed up to deal with actual crime instead of having to deal with people they aren’t trained to deal with. Win win. Do you seriously think it’s impossible that the people who coined it just disagree with you and genuinely want to refund the police? Just how stupid do you think they are to intentionally choose something like that? It’s like saying “I support the people demanding we ‘Nuke Russia and China Tomorrow’, but what that really means is support our allies that are invaded by them and reject the use of nuclear weapons.”

I assumed people would understand I didn’t mean ONLY this is what it means. Obviously “defund the Best keith Hernandez New York M Game Signature T-Shirt in other words I will buy this police” is comprised of multiple options, including: use more non-lethal (and lower-cost) weapons, stronger deescalation training (and training overall), the creation of specific help groups such as thr ones mentioned in this article, a stop to the purchase of highly unnecessary pursuit cars (Mustangs, upgraded Chargers, Armored Personnel Carries, etc), and more. This necessarily means more funding for the police, or re-prioritization of existing police budget. It’s baffling how most people don’t seem to even notice when they were twisting something around to the 180-degree opposite of its first obvious reading – or they’re lying, and doing it on purpose when they realize that the first reading is wildly unpopular.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
