In my experience, its all bureaucracy and idiots wanking on about “pedagogy” rather than actually trying to inspire and educate the Best chicago Hockey Blackhawks United Center Chicago 1926 T-Shirt and I will buy this next generation. The profession has been watered down by poor pay and funding cuts to the point that teachers are 30% excellent people with a true vocation and 70% incompetents who wouldn’t be good for much else and hide behind all that bureaucracy. No because pay is bad and working hours are long. Plus kids are just rude and will probably be made fun of for looking young/ racism. The main thing probably won’t be able to teach in the first place and get frustrated if the students don’t see the problem how I see it. I left last year after a 15 year career. It’s a horrible, thankless job that eats up huge parts of your life. There is very little work/life balance, teaching almost becomes a lifestyle. Depending on the subject and school you can become isolated. Teachers don’t get paid anywhere near what they should, and in my opinion the holidays don’t cut it. I won’t even start on the behaviour issues and the abuse. I would advise anyone to stay away.

absolutely not. I was in secondary only a year or so ago and the Best chicago Hockey Blackhawks United Center Chicago 1926 T-Shirt and I will buy this memory of classmates throwing chairs at teachers is still fresh No, pay is awful, and I’m sure most kids are fine but the prospect of even having to deal with one horrible student when I’m just trying to do my job is a deal breaker. My kids did better learning from home because I understood them and could articulate and explain things to them in a way tailored to them. I would find the whole one size fits all teaching method incredibly frustrating, I understand that catering to each individual is not practical but I would still find it frustrating and demoralising knowing that many students would be failing due to this and not because they lack ability. It would be a somewhat last resort job option for me, I’d probably aim for primary schools or colleges, secondary school would be worse I imagine
