Suckin’ good. Speaking their mind good. Will back a man up good. Ngl white girls have like no good stereotypes by comparison. Strong, controlling and a yeller. Those are good traits of a manager. Yes yelling is a good trait. It helps with communication.

Not really a stereotype, but more of a personal preference: Great singing range. I appreciate a good “Take me to church” vocal run, and over the Badminton is Calling and I Must Go Vintage Sunset T-Shirt it is in the first place but past few decades I think black women have dominated that category. Further back, you have the blues greats that sang with lived emotion that couldn’t be rivaled by their peers. I’m vehemently against stereotypes and judging anyone based on their culture, appearance, age, gender, etc… but I’d be lying if I said that I’m not super excited to see (hear?) the upcoming, onscreen adaptation of Elphaha based purely on the casting. Idk if my answer counts but I’ve always felt like I would rather have a black woman nurse caring for me over a white man. The most loved I have ever felt is always in a room of older black women. They’re so caring and genuine. Plus they’re always trying to force me to eat which is so sweet. They are more than willing to speak their mind and tell you what’s wrong. White women are much more passive aggressive by comparison.
