Let’s say somebody sees that the Back To Back Iowa Hawkeyes Champions Signature 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this device has a meditation mode, or whatever they are calling it. They see some people in reviews saying how it helped them meditate. Like many people, they are having trouble starting and keeping a meditation habit. The market has offered a solution in the form of a four thousand dollar apple product. Surely this is the thing that will help them meditate consistently. After all, it’s high tech. They spend the money, but surprise, it doesn’t help them meditate. Of course, their problem is not that they don’t have the device, but that they need a little guidance. They can get that for free online or in person at many places from a meditation teacher, or however else they want to do it for free or lower cost.

Just because you learned the Back To Back Iowa Hawkeyes Champions Signature 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this word “gatekeeping” doesn’t mean that it applies. I’m not gatekeeping anything. If somebody wants to buy something, then they can. They don’t need to though. It isn’t necessary to buy the device to meditate. I’m saying they can learn to meditate however they want, and not just from this device. It’s the opposite of gatekeeping. It’s gate opening. Whatever gets someone into it but yeah it’s a bit antithetical. But if it brings someone to the party then sure. The challenge is going to be a personal one for the user. Finding something that is helpful but not obstructive or later a crutch is probably the biggest problem. However I’m game because I’m going on 35+ years of practice and having spent 1 year living full time in an ashram and I still suck ass at meditation.
