My father was OTR and it was how we (family of 5) only had to have one working parent. Long hauls, which was actually kinda cool. He had a sleeper cab so Id get out of school a half-day on Friday and go on runs with him to Vegas or Colorado and be back in school on Monday. Plus I got to get into truck stop tape country. I did it with a 20 odd foot bread truck for a while and once 5 am hits the Baby Yoda WAFFLE HOUSE America 4th Of July Independence Shirt Additionally,I will love this city is a nightmare. Being a hassle is an understatement. It was a nightmare. Yes, traffic, tolls, and that much starting and stopping can be hell on a transmission if the operator isn’t skilled. It’s difficult to maneuver on a good day. Add cars, and bikes, and mattresses, and sofas, and double parked people that don’t move their car for a half hour, and it becomes really challenging.
