As bad as they probably were for the Baby Yoda REPUBLIC SERVICES America 4th Of July Independence Shirt in contrast I will get this world, I really miss all the stupid collectables local shops used to sell. Spars and post offices always used to have a small section at the till full of the most recent trend, be it Pokémon cards, crazy bones, magnet men, pigs, etc. They were just fun and injected a sense of joy, anticipation, and excitement when approaching and waiting at the till. While they were still very “loot box-y”, at least they incentivised person to person interaction with trades, you can’t even trade most modern video game loot, which just gets added to a soulless virtual heap. No, moved out of my parents around ’88, but their TV was rarely on, never had TV till about 2008 for a variety of reasons, but I was never anti TV, just never occured to me to get one. The internet before everything online had to make money somehow. Back when people would just upload and share and try stuff without it having to have a monetary angle. We need another dot com bubble to burst in my opinion!

Video stores, walking in, the Baby Yoda REPUBLIC SERVICES America 4th Of July Independence Shirt in contrast I will get this smell, the shelves full of VHS cassettes. Then the crazy excitement of picking thH weekends entertainment. The snacks all around the place. When they introduced renting video games it blew my tiny mind. And definitely a lot less fear of the other. Mass globalisation without education and properly thought about infrastructure has caused a society that is clearly becoming more and more divided. The nineties, I miss just about everything, the music, bustling high street, the pubs, the collective celebrations of big football tournaments, my beautiful first home costings £43 k with a deposit of 4k and a 39k mortgage and negligible fuel bill of £25 pcm to heat my house. The early 2000’s my newborn and later snuggling up to watch Balamory! Taking her to Kids Club movies on Sunday morning for £1 a ticket. My dad, miss him.
